turn up the heat.

my favorite part about winter, is when it ends. i long for that first spring day when the temp reaches 60 and we all pull out our shorts and sandals and pretend winter never happened. i dont might wearing leggings under my scrubs everyday - the boss likes it a little on the cool side but today, even he is freezing. we moved into our new building nearly 3 months ago and today we showed up to a pharmacy with no heat. we survived 3 hours before the boss' wife showed up with space heaters and hot chocolate. nothing like 60 degrees indoors and 35 degrees outside to remind me to add a little gratitude to my nightly prayer. i think tonight, ill also give thanks for the heating bill that landed in my mail box yesterday.
