I stopped drinking soda {again} as my New Year's Resolution and guess what - February starts tomorrow, and I've stuck with it. I give partial credit to my running and the races I have coming up in the new few weeks but I give the rest of the credit to the way I feel right now. I sleep great, No more headaches, I have tons of energy, and I don't have the 'I MUST have some RIGHT NOW' craving that I used to get. Hopefully I can stick with it and remember how it makes me feel living without it.

And SUUUUPER cold.
Through a straw.
Picky picky picky.
Whatever it takes to keep me headed in a healthier direction I suppose. :)
