I remember the day I started my job as a Pharmacy Technician.
I was in 7th heaven and scared out of my mind.
I was told that everything I learned in school was almost completely irrelevant but I didn't realize just how true that was until I was half way through my first shift.
I felt as though I should be wearing a huge sticker that said
"I'm new, please don't ask me hard questions."
Today I am grateful for baptism by fire.
I learn the best under pressure.
Speaking of pressure.
I've signed up for my first half marathon.
13.1 miles.
I've been "training" for a few weeks but I start the 10-week program today.
It's on the fridge which makes it super official.
10 weeks from today I'll be running my first half!
Here we go!
Hooray!!! CONGRATS! Which half are you doing???
