this morning i consumed yogurt mixed with frozen berries for breakfast. not exactly my regular sugar covered cereal but it wasnt bad. ragnar del sol is in 8 weeks. its crunch time. no junk food, soda, late nights, or too much chocolate. last night, i walked right by cookie dough and only looked back once. its time to sleep in my running shoes and remember that my love for running isnt the only thing im running for
